ANNUAL JUNE SHOW 2026

June 26th, June 27th, and June 28th!

Our Annual June Show is held at the Downey Civic Theatre, the weekend after Father’s Day. Each one of our students has the opportunity to perform with us in this fantastic production. This learning experience is meant to give our students the chance to perform in front of family and friends and gain stage experience. Routines for our June Musical/Recital start in mid-February, and costume orders are placed during the first week of March. Our June Show (as we like to call it) is unlike any other recital. Our yearly productions are exciting, fun, and professional —from the moment we begin our choreography to the moment the curtain closes on the last performance. We include an original script and theme, a cast of actors, an entirely constructed set, and our students as the show's primary focus. Believe us, this is not “just” a recital.
It’s a professional production you and your family can be proud of.

Recital commitments are the responsibility of both the student and the parent. We’ve created a Parents’ Recital handbook to clarify our expectations regarding your commitments and responsibilities for our annual June Show. We ask that you work alongside your child's teacher and SFSDC staff to help make this recital season fun and exciting. All recital information is posted on our Parent Portal in end of February
